By accessing or using our website, registering for any of our workshops, webinars, or events, scheduling a consultation, opting in to receive communications, or otherwise using our services, you ("you" or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our website or services. We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for your records.

2. Description of Services

Real Estate provides real estate services in the area, including but not limited to: buyer and seller representation, free educational workshops and webinars, video-based educational content (VSL), one-on-one consultations, market analysis, and related real estate advisory services. 3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website and services. By using our website or services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

4. User Accounts and Registration

When you register for a workshop, webinar, consultation, or other service, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

5. Consent to Communications

By providing your contact information (including your phone number and email address) through any of our forms, registration pages, or opt-in methods, you expressly consent to receive communications from Real Estate. These communications may include, but are not limited to: event reminders, appointment confirmations, educational content, market updates, promotional offers, and follow-up messages related to services you have expressed interest in.

6. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

6.1 Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on any of our forms, texting a keyword to our number, or otherwise opting in to receive text messages, you provide your prior express written consent to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS and MMS) from Real Estate at the mobile number you provided. You understand that consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any property, service, or other goods.

6.2 Types of Messages

Text messages you may receive include: workshop and webinar reminders, appointment confirmations and reminders, educational content and tips, real estate market updates, promotional offers related to our services, and follow-up messages regarding your real estate interests.

6.3 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. For event-related communications (workshops, webinars), you may receive up to 20 messages per event. For ongoing communications, you may receive up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any applicable charges.

6.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message after opting out. 6.6 Carrier Liability

6.7 Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers. However, not all carriers support all message types (e.g., MMS). We are not responsible for messages that cannot be delivered due to carrier limitations.

7. Email Communication Terms

By providing your email address, you consent to receive email communications from Real Estate, including educational content, event reminders, market updates, and promotional offers. All commercial emails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and include our physical mailing address and a clear unsubscribe mechanism.

You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link included at the bottom of every email. We will process your unsubscribe request within 10 business days. Even after unsubscribing from promotional emails, you may continue to receive transactional emails related to services you have requested, such as appointment confirmations and event registration details.

8. Workshops, Webinars, and Events

8.1 Registration

Registration for our free workshops and webinars is subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit attendance, reschedule, or cancel events at our discretion. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees.

8.2 Content and Educational Purpose

The content presented in our workshops, webinars, and educational videos is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional real estate advice specific to your individual situation. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any real estate, financial, or legal decisions.

8.3 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific results from attending our workshops, webinars, or using our educational content. Individual results vary based on many factors including market conditions, personal financial circumstances, timing, and individual effort. Any examples, case studies, or testimonials shared during events represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of future results.

8.4 Recording and Content Use

We may record workshops and webinars for internal use, quality improvement, and future educational content. By attending, you consent to being recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, please turn off your camera and microphone during the event.

9. Consultations and Appointments

Free consultations are provided as an opportunity to discuss your real estate needs. Scheduling a consultation does not create a binding agency relationship. A formal agency relationship is only established through the execution of a written agreement, such as a buyer representation agreement or listing agreement, as required by applicable state law.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel consultations at our discretion. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio, data compilations, and software, is the property of Real Estate or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use such as printing a single copy of a page for your own reference.
